the staff was friendly and gave good service. i used the washing machines and the dryer near the lobby. the transfer service to town was only 40 bhat.

staff were really friendly. hotel transfers to town were cheap. breakfast was good. the hotel was in a quiet area.
more attention to detail is needed for room cleanliness. the kettle was corroded inside so it was unusable and a/c couldnt be adjusted.

the location worked for me as i needed to be close to the pier. i appreciated the well-kept gardens. i also found the staff to be very helpful with tours at reasonable prices.

i found the laundry services quite helpful. the staff offered transportation assistance. i did find the proximity to the pier very advantageous for island excursions.
